Terms of Service
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FazenHaus, part of the Fazen ecosystem ("FazenHaus," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, wedding site products, template products, account areas, support services, and related experiences where these Terms are linked.
By using FazenHaus, creating an account, placing an order, requesting setup, submitting wedding content, or using a FazenHaus wedding site as a guest, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
Account owners and purchasers must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use FazenHaus for a couple, client, family member, or event team, you confirm that you have authority to provide the relevant information and manage the wedding site.
You are responsible for keeping account access secure, reviewing information before publishing, and telling us promptly if you believe your account, wedding site, order, or guest data has been accessed without permission.
FazenHaus Products
FazenHaus separates two product lanes:
- Full Wedding Site - a wedding website product with structured editing, guest links, RSVP management, dashboard-style management tools, and launch support depending on the selected plan.
- Canva Wedding Website Template - a do-it-yourself template product edited by the buyer in a third-party design editor. It does not include FazenHaus-hosted RSVP, guest links, dashboard access, WhatsApp Queue, QR check-in, or hosted guest management unless a separate Full Wedding Site product is purchased.
Product pages, pricing pages, order forms, and written confirmations may describe the specific plan, sections, capacities, setup service, or template files included in your purchase. If a written confirmation conflicts with a marketing preview, the written confirmation controls for that order.
Launch-Stage Scope and Feature Changes
FazenHaus is being built in phases. We will honor the core paid product you purchase, but preview, beta, roadmap, or "when available" features may change before they become stable. This includes future or assisted features such as payment automation, claim flow, advanced dashboard behavior, WhatsApp automation, QR scanning, and integrations.
We may improve, adjust, pause, or remove non-core features to protect quality, security, performance, legal compliance, or product clarity. We will not use this clause to remove a paid core deliverable from an active order without offering a reasonable substitute, fix, credit, or refund where appropriate.
Orders, Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown on product, pricing, marketplace, or checkout pages. FazenHaus aims to make platform pricing clear before purchase. Taxes, currency conversion, payment processor fees, or marketplace charges may apply only when required or shown by the relevant checkout or platform.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is accepted or we issue written confirmation of a manual order. Payment processors and marketplaces may apply their own terms, security checks, refund timing, currency conversion, dispute process, and account requirements.
If a price, feature, or product detail is listed incorrectly because of a technical or human error, we may cancel or correct the order. If you already paid and do not accept the correction, we will refund the affected payment.
Delivery, Setup, and Buyer Materials
Delivery or setup begins after we receive a confirmed order and the information reasonably needed to fulfill it. For Full Wedding Site products, this may include couple names, wedding date, venue details, photos, copy, guest-list details, RSVP preferences, and selected demo or style direction.
Timelines are estimates unless we give a specific written commitment. If we expect a meaningful delay after accepting a paid order, we will contact you with an update. If we cannot deliver the purchased product or a reasonable substitute, we will cancel and refund the affected order.
You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and usable materials. Delays caused by missing details, unclear instructions, low-quality files, third-party account issues, or late responses may move the delivery timeline.
Full Wedding Site Access Period
A Full Wedding Site purchase gives you access for the wedding period, not lifetime hosting. The wedding period covers setup, review, launch, active sharing, RSVP management, and a reasonable post-event window unless your written confirmation states otherwise.
After the wedding period, we may archive, unpublish, restrict edits, or remove the site and related guest data according to our Privacy Policy and operational needs. If you need extended access, archive support, or a custom arrangement, contact us before the wedding period ends.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Digital Delivery
Because FazenHaus sells digital products, templates, and custom setup services, refunds are handled under a fair digital policy:
- You may request a refund before digital access, template files, setup work, or custom delivery begins.
- After access, files, setup work, or custom delivery has been provided, the order is generally non-refundable.
- We may approve a refund or partial refund for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, material technical failure we cannot resolve, failure to deliver, or where required by law.
- If a third-party marketplace or payment processor handled the payment, its refund timing and dispute process may also apply.
Refund requests must include the order email, product purchased, payment date, and reason for the request. Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can review the issue directly.
Done-for-You Setup
Done-for-You Setup is an optional setup service for Full Wedding Site products. You provide wedding details, copy, photos, venue information, RSVP preferences, and guest-list information. FazenHaus prepares the initial website so it is ready for your review.
The setup service includes initial setup and one reasonable revision round. It does not include unlimited copywriting, unlimited design revisions, custom development, new feature creation, professional photo editing, translation, third-party account management, or event-day operation unless separately agreed in writing.
You still own and manage your wedding details after setup. You are responsible for reviewing final names, dates, addresses, RSVP settings, guest details, and published content before sharing the site.
License and Intellectual Property
FazenHaus owns or licenses the platform design system, templates, layouts, code, brand assets, product structure, UI, demo content, documentation, and other FazenHaus materials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for one personal wedding or event, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, clone, or package FazenHaus templates or files.
- Use FazenHaus products to build a competing product, marketplace, template pack, or client service.
- Remove ownership notices, copy protected UI or code, or reverse engineer private platform behavior.
- Use demos, screenshots, or template assets in a way that implies partnership, endorsement, or resale rights.
You keep rights to the wedding content you provide, such as names, copy, photos, and guest information. You give FazenHaus the limited permission needed to host, display, process, adapt, and support that content for your purchased product.
User Content Rules
You are responsible for the content you upload, submit, publish, or ask us to place into a FazenHaus product. You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for names, photos, music references, venue details, guest data, text, logos, and other content you provide.
You must not use FazenHaus to publish, upload, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, hateful, harassing, defamatory, exploitative, or threatening.
- Violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, or other rights.
- Contains malware, phishing, spam, scraping, unauthorized tracking, or abusive automation.
- Impersonates another person or misrepresents affiliation with FazenHaus, Fazen, or another party.
- Includes sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for the wedding site or RSVP purpose.
Guest Data and RSVP Use
If you add guest data to FazenHaus, you are responsible for using it lawfully and respectfully. You should only provide guest information that is reasonably needed for invitations, RSVP, guest links, guest communication, event organization, or related wedding management.
You must not upload guest information for spam, unrelated marketing, resale, profiling, or purposes unrelated to the wedding event. You are also responsible for the messages you send outside FazenHaus using copied links, message drafts, or manual sharing tools.
Third-Party Services
FazenHaus may link to, depend on, or interoperate with third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, marketplaces, email providers, analytics tools, design editors, maps, media embeds, or communication tools. Those services are not controlled by FazenHaus and may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, uptime, limits, and account requirements.
We are not responsible for third-party downtime, policy changes, payment holds, account restrictions, content moderation, marketplace disputes, lost access, or data handling outside FazenHaus control.
Portfolio, Marketing, and Testimonials
We will not use your names, wedding photos, guest data, private wedding content, testimonial, review, or wedding site as public marketing or portfolio material without explicit consent.
If you give consent, we may use only the approved material and may remove it after a reasonable request unless continued display is already legally or operationally required.
Suspension and Removal
We may suspend, restrict, unpublish, or remove an account, order, wedding site, link, content, or feature if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, infringes rights, harms users, involves non-payment or chargeback abuse, or threatens platform stability.
When practical, we will provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue. We may act without advance notice when needed for urgent safety, security, legal, fraud, or rights-protection reasons.
Service Availability, Warranty, and Liability
FazenHaus is provided on a reasonable-effort and as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, perfect display on every device, third-party uptime, email or message delivery, guest attendance, RSVP accuracy, event outcomes, or that every future feature will become available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FazenHaus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, reputational harm, or event disruption. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as FazenHaus evolves. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the site, account area, or email.
Continued use of FazenHaus after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If a change materially affects an already-paid order, we will handle that order fairly under the version or written confirmation that applied when the order was accepted, unless a legal or security reason requires otherwise.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your location provide rights that cannot be waived.
Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us by email and give both sides a reasonable chance to resolve the issue in good faith. This does not prevent either side from seeking urgent relief for misuse, infringement, security threats, fraud, or unlawful conduct.
