These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FazenHaus, a digital wedding website and guest management platform operated as part of the Fazen ecosystem.

By purchasing, accessing, or using FazenHaus, you agree to these terms. If you use FazenHaus for a couple, client, studio, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that party.

FazenHaus provides digital wedding website tools, ready-to-use templates, personal guest links, RSVP features, and related support services. We may add, change, or remove features as the platform evolves.

You are responsible for keeping your wedding content accurate, reviewing your site before sharing it, and making sure your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and venue or event requirements.

Some features may require an account, order access, private link, or admin dashboard access. You are responsible for keeping access credentials, dashboard links, and guest management tools secure.

If you believe your access has been used without permission, contact us as soon as possible so we can help review the issue.

When you purchase or receive access to a FazenHaus digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own wedding, client project, or approved event setup.

You may not resell, redistribute, copy, extract, clone, or package FazenHaus templates, designs, software, or platform assets as your own competing product or service.

You keep ownership of the names, photos, event details, messages, guest lists, RSVP responses, and other content you submit to FazenHaus.

You grant FazenHaus permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the product, support your account, operate guest experiences, and improve platform reliability.

If you upload or collect guest information through FazenHaus, you are responsible for having the right to provide that information and for using RSVP data in a respectful, lawful way.

Guest links and RSVP tools are designed for wedding communication and event management. They must not be used for spam, unrelated marketing, harassment, or unauthorized data collection.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including PayPal, Lemon Squeezy, marketplace checkout systems, or other approved payment partners.

Prices, currencies, taxes, fees, discounts, and product availability may vary by channel. Your purchase is complete when the payment provider confirms the transaction and access or delivery is made available.

You may not use FazenHaus in a way that damages the platform, infringes another person's rights, misleads guests, violates laws, or interferes with other users.

FazenHaus may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, customer support, file storage, marketplace integrations, and operational tooling.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. We select providers to support product delivery, security, payment processing, and platform operations.

We work to keep FazenHaus reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will be available without interruption. Maintenance, provider outages, security updates, or product changes may affect availability.

We may update these terms when the product, business model, legal requirements, or operational needs change. The updated date will show when the latest version applies.

FazenHaus is provided as a digital platform and support service. We are not responsible for wedding planning decisions, venue policies, guest attendance, travel arrangements, or losses caused by incorrect information submitted by users.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any claim related to FazenHaus is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
