FazenHaus, part of the Fazen ecosystem ("FazenHaus," "we," "our," or "us"), provides a wedding website platform, template products, and related support services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our site, create an account, purchase or request a product, manage a wedding site, submit RSVP information, or contact us.
This policy applies to visitors, couples, account owners, guests, and anyone who interacts with a FazenHaus experience where this policy is linked. We write this policy in plain language so you can understand what data is involved and why it is needed.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate, support, and improve FazenHaus:
- Account and contact information - such as your name, email address, account details, purchase request details, and support messages.
- Wedding site content - such as couple names, wedding date, event details, venue information, copy, photos, music preferences, gallery content, registry notes, and other details you choose to add.
- Guest and RSVP information - such as guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, group labels, guest counts, RSVP responses, notes, and link status when a couple uses guest links or RSVP tools.
- Payment-related information - such as order status, product purchased, amount, currency, and receipt details. Full card, bank, or wallet credentials are handled by the payment processor shown at checkout.
- Technical and usage information - such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, time zone, and diagnostic logs.
Please do not upload government IDs, health records, bank credentials, or other sensitive personal data unless we specifically request it for a clear purpose.
How We Use Information

Guest Data and Couple Responsibility
Couples decide which guest information they add to FazenHaus. When a couple uploads or enters guest details, the couple is responsible for having a reasonable basis or permission to use that information for wedding invitation, RSVP, communication, and event-management purposes.
FazenHaus processes guest data to provide the requested wedding site features, such as personal guest links, RSVP management, guest-list organization, manual sharing support, and related support. Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, tax, dispute, fraud prevention, or security reasons.
- Wedding site content, guest lists, and RSVP data are generally kept for the wedding period and up to 60 days after site closure, account closure, or a verified deletion request, unless retention is legally required.
- Order, payment, invoice, support, and legal records may be retained longer where needed for compliance, accounting, refunds, disputes, or platform integrity.
- Diagnostic logs and analytics records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability, and product improvement.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, HTTPS/TLS in transit where available, limited internal access, and vendor review. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to reduce risk and respond to issues responsibly.
