FazenHaus, part of the Fazen ecosystem ("FazenHaus," "we," "our," or "us"), provides a wedding website platform, template products, and related support services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our site, create an account, purchase or request a product, manage a wedding site, submit RSVP information, or contact us.

This policy applies to visitors, couples, account owners, guests, and anyone who interacts with a FazenHaus experience where this policy is linked. We write this policy in plain language so you can understand what data is involved and why it is needed.

We collect only the information needed to operate, support, and improve FazenHaus:

• Account and contact information - such as your name, email address, account details, purchase request details, and support messages.
• Wedding site content - such as couple names, wedding date, event details, venue information, copy, photos, music preferences, gallery content, registry notes, and other details you choose to add.
• Guest and RSVP information - such as guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, group labels, guest counts, RSVP responses, notes, and link status when a couple uses guest links or RSVP tools.
• Payment-related information - such as order status, product purchased, amount, currency, and receipt details. Full card, bank, or wallet credentials are handled by the payment processor shown at checkout.
• Technical and usage information - such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, time zone, and diagnostic logs.

Please do not upload government IDs, health records, bank credentials, or other sensitive personal data unless we specifically request it for a clear purpose.

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• Provide, maintain, and display FazenHaus pages, demos, templates, and wedding sites.
• Create and manage accounts, orders, setup requests, wedding site content, guest lists, and RSVP flows.
• Send operational messages, including receipts, setup instructions, account notices, support replies, and service updates.
• Process support requests, bug reports, complaints, and data-rights requests.
• Improve product clarity, performance, security, accessibility, and reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use guest data for unrelated marketing. Optional marketing messages, if offered later, will require a clear opt-in or an available unsubscribe path.

Couples decide which guest information they add to FazenHaus. When a couple uploads or enters guest details, the couple is responsible for having a reasonable basis or permission to use that information for wedding invitation, RSVP, communication, and event-management purposes.

FazenHaus processes guest data to provide the requested wedding site features, such as personal guest links, RSVP management, guest-list organization, manual sharing support, and related support. Guests may contact us at the email below if they want to ask about data connected to a FazenHaus wedding site.

We share information only when needed for FazenHaus to operate or when legally required:

• Service providers - providers that help with hosting, storage, payments, analytics, email delivery, customer support, security, and other operational services.
• Third-party product platforms - if you choose to use an external editor, marketplace, payment processor, or linked service, that service handles your data under its own policies.
• Legal and safety needs - when required by law, valid legal process, consumer protection duties, fraud prevention, security response, or protection of rights.
• Business transfer - if FazenHaus or relevant assets are reorganized, merged, acquired, or transferred, information may transfer subject to this policy or a substantially similar protection.

We do not share couple names, photos, wedding content, or guest data for portfolio, advertising, or public marketing without explicit consent.

FazenHaus uses a minimal tracking posture. We may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, account sessions, cart or checkout continuity, form state, preferences, and core platform operation.

We may use privacy-safe analytics to understand page performance and improve the product. We do not currently use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising trackers. If ad pixels or broader marketing tracking are introduced later, we will update this policy and add any required notice or consent flow before relying on that tracking.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, tax, dispute, fraud prevention, or security reasons.

• Wedding site content, guest lists, and RSVP data are generally kept for the wedding period and up to 60 days after site closure, account closure, or a verified deletion request, unless retention is legally required.
• Order, payment, invoice, support, and legal records may be retained longer where needed for compliance, accounting, refunds, disputes, or platform integrity.
• Diagnostic logs and analytics records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability, and product improvement.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, HTTPS/TLS in transit where available, limited internal access, and vendor review. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to reduce risk and respond to issues responsibly.

FazenHaus is intended for adults planning or supporting wedding events. Account owners and purchasers must be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13 or direct the platform to children.

FazenHaus is built for a global audience and may use service providers located in different countries. Your information may be processed in Indonesia or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

When information is transferred internationally, we rely on reasonable safeguards, vendor commitments, and applicable legal bases where required.
