How purchases, digital access, final sales, and support requests are handled for FazenHaus digital wedding website products.

FazenHaus sells digital wedding website products, platform access, templates, guest management tools, and related digital services. Because these products can be accessed, copied, customized, published, or used immediately after delivery, purchases are generally final once access or digital delivery has been provided.

Digital Product Access

A digital product is considered delivered when access, download, template delivery, account access, dashboard access, invitation setup, or another usable digital delivery method has been provided.

After delivery, we do not offer standard refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, unused access, delayed event plans, duplicate purchases caused by buyer error, or differences in personal design preference.

Support Before Refunds

If something is not working as expected, contact us first. We will help review access issues, broken links, missing delivery, dashboard problems, payment confirmation issues, or technical setup concerns.

Our priority is to make sure you receive the digital product or platform access you purchased and can use it as intended.

When We May Review a Case

Although standard refunds are not available after digital delivery, we may review limited cases at our discretion when there is a confirmed duplicate charge, failed delivery, incorrect product access, or a technical issue that prevents reasonable use and cannot be resolved by support.

Any approved resolution may be issued as corrected access, replacement delivery, account adjustment, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation and payment channel.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are generally not refundable once digital access or delivery has been provided.

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Event cancellation, postponement, or change of wedding plan.
  • Failure to read product details, requirements, or included features before purchase.
  • Design preference changes after accessing the product.
  • Requests made after using, customizing, publishing, exporting, or sharing the digital product.
  • Issues caused by third-party accounts, devices, browsers, internet connection, or user-provided content.

Payment Channel Rules

Some purchases may be processed through third-party checkout providers, payment platforms, or marketplaces. The final resolution method, timing, and payment reversal process may depend on the channel used for the original purchase.

We will provide support within the limits of the payment channel and the information available to us.
